Terms and Conditions

1. Placing order available through website, Instagram, Tokopedia, and Shopee.
2. Operating hours:
   Weekdays : 09:00 - 17:00
   Saturday : 09:00 - 15:00
   Sunday : OFF
   Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
3. Orders paid before 4 PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders paid before 2 PM on Saturday will be shipped on the same day.
4. We do not accept returns and exchanges, except manufacturer's defect.
5. Fixed price on all products and shipping cost isn't included.
